Meranti is a durable and available tropical hardwood that originates from Southeast Asia. Its physical properties are similar to Mahogany, making an excellent low-cost substitute for it.

Fingerboard is made of Brazilian Cherry / Jatoba. It is a tonewood very similar to Pau Ferro. Its warm tone is tempered by a snappy attack. In between Rosewood and Maple.
